Several times through out my site I have suggested Meditation as a major step on the pathway to self development. If you do not already have a meditation technique that
You are happy with. Try this.
 
This is to be practiced at home. Fit it in to your route. No T.V. or Radio. Play gentle background music but Silence is best.
Pick a time that is often shown to you as time precious time, chose a meditation
Place. Make this time yours to meditate rebalance and heal.
 
First.
  
Walk and Breathe. (Practice whilst reading the next passage!)
 
Walk and Breathe. Breathe in slowly; filling your lungs as far as you can now breathe in a little more. Hold the breath…..Now, slowly release until empty. And then, push out a little more….Hold again, before repeating….
 
As you walk and breathe draw the Stillness of the Oneness. Each In breathe is filling you with Light. Each out breathe is you sending out this Moment. Relish every lung full!.
 
Then.
 
Go to your chosen meditation place. Take in a deep comfortable breath in. Relax!….Now start holding your body tight as you can!. From the tip of your toes to the top of your head. Not forgetting to hold your face and scalp as tight as tight as tight as you can!.
 
Now
 
Let Go…Of every tight place. From the tip of your toes to the top of your head,
Including your scalp and face. You should begin to experience Relaxation!.
 
Be.
 
Return to gentle breathing. Your body completely relaxed. With your eyes closed,
Focus your attention on your inner forehead. Here is a place of complete silence. A place of Inner Vision. When your attention sways, again, gently refocus. In meditation we look for blankness, when you know you are back, but unaware of where you have been!. Practice as often as you can. Enjoy!.
